Context: a committed and upscale gala

As part of a charity gala, Altitude Connexion aimed to offer an evening that was both elegant, dynamic, and meaningful. The event, organized in partnership with The Shoe Box Project, aimed to support women in need, while providing guests with a refined and memorable experience.

The goal was clear: to visually structure the stage, highlight the partners, and create an ambiance worthy of a VIP event.

A Mastered Scenic Design

To accompany the main stage where musicians and the DJ performed, two totem-type LED screens were installed, one on each side of the stage.

This arrangement allowed the stage to be framed in a balanced way, without overloading the space, while enhancing the visual impact of the performances.

The screens integrated naturally into the staging and became an integral part of the decor.

Content at the Heart of the Experience

Throughout the evening, the screens displayed:

• the logos and mentions of the partners
• the promotional video of the gala
• visuals related to the charity mission of the event

This dynamic content supported the rhythm of the evening while constantly reminding everyone of the cause defended.

A VIP Atmosphere and True Room Dynamics

Thanks to their size, brightness, and high definition, the LED screens naturally captured attention. They contributed to establishing a premium and immersive atmosphere.

A striking element of the evening was the visibility of the screens in all the videos captured by the guests. Whether during musical performances, moments with the DJ, or speeches, the screens consistently accompanied the stage, enhancing the overall aesthetic of the event.
